Hi! My name is William Bowes. I am a mental health professional, primarily specializing in the treatment of depression, anxiety, and trauma. I have independent licenses to practice in several states in the USA and I am also a registered practicing member of the British Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy (MBACP) in the UK. I am also a writer and educator, and have taught classes in counseling at the graduate level.

As a licensed mental health counselor, my passion is to help others flourish and find freedom, recovery from anxiety, depression, addictions, or trauma, and to help them utilize their gifts in ways that better themselves and those around them. I currently work in private practice in Massachusetts, with a range of clients ages 16 and up. I have worked with clients from a wide range of backgrounds, but I also have a specialist qualification as a Board Certified Professional Christian Counselor (BCPCC) through the International Board of Christian Care (IBCC), and I am able and willing to work with clients whose faith and spirituality is very important to them, as well as with ministers or clergypersons.
